data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Seit einigen Jahren zog es mich nach Afrika, aber es brauchte einige Zeit bis es mir gelang meinen Plan zu verwirklichen und auf den schwarzen Kontinent zu reisen. Umso besser, dass es gleich der Kilimanjaro war, den ich mir zum Ziel gesetzt hatte.<br \/><br \/><strong>Vereiste W\u00e4nde<\/strong><br \/>Ich startete von Frankfurt aus mit einer zehnk\u00f6pfigen Gruppe und Malaria Prophylaxe im Gep\u00e4ck nach Nairobi in Kenia. Zun\u00e4chst bereiteten wir uns am Mt. Kenia, mit der Besteigung des Nebengipfels Point Lenana, auf den Kilimanjaro vor. Urspr\u00fcnglich jedoch hatten wir gehofft, auch den Hauptgipfel \u00fcber eine wenig begangene Route zu erreichen. Allerdings hatte das aufziehende Niederschlagsgebiet die Felspassagen dick vereisen lassen, so dass wir das Vorhaben aufgaben.\u00a0<br \/><br \/>Gut akklimatisiert und nach einer kurzen Safari ausgeruht, fuhren wir dann am 01. September zum Eingang des Kilimanjaro Nationalparks, um \u00fcber die Machame Route den Gipfel zu erreichen.<br \/>Die vereinzelten Regenschauer machten auf dem folgenden Trek durch den Urwald das Terrain schwer passierbar, trotzdem erreichten wir ohne Probleme unser Tagesziel. In den n\u00e4chsten Tagen h\u00f6rten diese Regeng\u00fcsse vollst\u00e4ndig auf, aber die Wolken am Himmel verzogen sich nie ganz. Auf dem erloschenen Vulkan kamen wir gut voran und errichteten nach vier Tagen anspruchsvoller Wanderung bei wechselnden Wetterverh\u00e4ltnissen, unser Ausgangslager f\u00fcr den Gipfelversuch.<br \/><br \/><strong>Sonnenaufgang als Entsch\u00e4digung<\/strong><br \/>Am 05.09. brach unsere Gruppe um 1.30 Uhr vom Barafu Camp in 4600m auf und k\u00e4mpfte sich bei Eisesk\u00e4lte in sechs Stunden zum Gipfel.<br \/>Entsch\u00e4digt wurden wir dann f\u00fcr unsere Anstrengungen mit einem herrlichen aber rasend schnellen Sonnenaufgang. Nach kurzer Rast schafften wir es in zwei Stunden, zur\u00fcck in das Barafu Camp, p\u00fcnktlich zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck. Am gleichen Tag noch stiegen wir \u00fcber die gut angelegte Mweka Route ab und waren nach einem weiteren Tag im Sonnenschein bereits wieder am Parkeingang. Gl\u00fccklich verlie\u00dfen wir den h\u00f6chsten freistehenden Berg der Welt mit den Besteigungszertifikaten in den
